Hide in Plain Sight

Will the server be sporting this feat?

I might consider playing, but I find that Hide in Plain Sight is vastly overpowered.

What is the official stance on this issue?

HiPS will be a feat in the server, however we're looking into how to incorporate it in a way to avoid non-sneaks taking advantage of it. Honestly this is kinda on the backburner, but we will be looking how to make it fairer.
